∙ 11y agoif a boy is mean to you you have to find a way to get away from them. let's say a boy is hitting you that is something wrong because you don't know if you might get killed or something bad might happen to you.just remember do not let people hurt you and another thing is to remenber that you're not alone you can always call 911.Yes, in most case MANY boys like to show affection this way (not usually harming them directly [the person they like], and be a bit flirty about it).

This is a sign that he is still pretty immature. Hopefully he will grow up eventually; most boys do, but some don't.

∙ 12y agoWell, it kind of depends how old you two are. Boys are usually mean to you until they are about 17 or 18, then they actually get really nice. But I would say if you're in Junior High or close to that, then he most likely likes you if he's mean to you, especially if he's nice to you when it's just you two.
