the person who backed into you
you do not have to back up and if there is someone behind you and you back into them then it is your fault for hitting them and still the first guy's fault for hitting you
as far as i know
If you are hit from behind it is usually always the guy that hit you that is at fault unless you were in reverse backing up
Hard to say. Possibly equal fault by both parties but most likely the person backing out.
A reverse camera is a backup camera system, in other words, a camera that is installed on the back of a vehicle and transmits images of what is behind the rear of the vehicle to the driver. This aids the driver when backing up, or driving in reverse.
Warn people when backing up, and make sure no one is behind your vehicle when driving in reverse.
The person backing out. If you were in the lane/road behind them they needed to use caution when backing out.
both of you for not looking back
A stopped car shouldn't hit anything because it's not moving. If a car hits the car behind it must have been in reverse and front ended the vehicle. In that case the car that front ended the vehicle is at fault.
look behind you.
The backing place is located behind the brake pads on some cars and behind the brake shoes on all cars. It prevents debris from entering the brake system.
check behind the car before getting in
You should always be looking behind you when backing up. You don't look forward when reversing because you're not moving in a forward direction.
It depends on your personal preferences and needs. If you often park in tight spaces or have difficulty seeing behind you while backing up, a reverse camera may be worth installing. It can provide an additional level of safety and convenience while driving. However, if you do not often experience issues with visibility while reversing, it may not be necessary to invest in a reverse camera.
