Give praise to and reward their fellow classmates for not misbehaving. Announce that if anyone misbehaves their name will be posted where all can see and the reward for behaving will be held back from everyone. It has to be a reward of something which gives immediate satisfaction and not a promise that an event will take place. When a you train an animal the reward is given almost immediately following the desired action. Humans are animals that are trained to react to stimuli. Like an animal, if you simply punish bad behavior you will tend to brake its spirit. Pier pressure to get the reward will play into it also. ask him what he had to eat,or maybe there is a problem at home ?maybe he needs to get some excercise.i make sure my dogs get a good run before i let them in the house to sleep.hope i helped
