No it doesn't mean he didn't love you, but he could have been lonely or just plain fickle. Young men go through a sexual peak up to the age of 19 and even though some 20 year old will disagree with me, (and it is suttle) they do decrease their sexual urges after the age of 19, but never entirely lose the urge for sex.
