well it could mean many things. He could a) like her b) be trying to make you jelouse c) like her and you at the same time or d) he could just be bored and is flirting with other girls because he has nothing better to do. But you're best bet would be to flirt with him but don't be to obvouse. You really don't want the guy to have the lead in a relationship because best bets are that he's a bad driver.
