Ask your insurance company, but I do not think that they will care about other people you happen to know or be living with. They're concerned about your own driving record.

So long as he continues to be a driver of your car, probably so. And if he's in your household and has a driver's license, you can't say he's not going to drive.

Your adult daughter has auto insurance and is gifting you her car you have a car and insurance She lives with you Do you have to put her on your insurance policy?

As long as she has her own policy on her own, it would not affect your insurance in the sense of premium or the need to have her insured on your policy. However, most auto insurance company want to have her listed as a driver in the household since she lives with you. The policy actually follow the vehicle and not the driver. If she was to drive this vehicle and get into an accident, your policy would be the primary and her policy would be secondary.

My friend was driving my car and got a DWI when she asked what insurance it would affect the officer said it would affect the car owner's insurance and not hers' the driver's Is this true?

No. Driving records follow the driver, not the car. Unless your friend is listed as a driver on your insurance then your insurance company is never going to find out about this/isn't even concerned with this.
