If a married woman doesn't wear her ring and doesn't mention her husband and wants the friendship of a single male even though marriage has not been brought up would the male feel mislead and move on?

I don't think the issue here should be worrying about the single man and his feelings you should be worried about the feelings of your husband and your marriage. Although lying to someone that you are trying to befriend is in no way how to start any relationship because they will feel betrayed and there will be obvious lack of trust.
If you want to continue to be married it is best to not act on any of these feelings as it never turns out good for anyone as well as the grass is not always greenier. If you have feelings of lonliness and of neglect in your marriage it is best to sit and talk with your husband as you may be able to talk through some things and possibly attend counselling together to salvage what you do have. If you find you do not want to be in your current marriage it is best to leave before you start any type of behaviour you may be willing to act on not only to be fair and respectful to your husband but also you then won't have to or be lying to this other man.
