If you refuse to take a blood or breath test your driver licence will be suspended for 180 days
Your drivers license will be suspended.
If you breath or have a blood alcohol level of .08 your license will be suspended.
Depends on the state. In Florida a breath test over .08 with result in a 6 month suspension, a testing refusal would be 1 year. A second test over .08 is 1 year suspension, and a second refusal is 18 months and another misdemeanor for a 2nd or subsequent refusal. .

You do have the right to refuse, but if you do refuse your license is suspended for at least one year regardless of the outcome of the DUI charge.
Georgiaâ??s implied consent law says that if you are arrested for a DUI then you consent to taking a chemical test of your blood, breath, or urine for the purpose of determining your blood alcohol content. If you refuse then your license will be suspended for at least one year.
A DUI leads to an immediate 7-day driver's license suspension in Virginia. There's an additional one-year driver's license suspension if one refuses to give a breath or blood test made mandatory on him/her. Its better to hire a professional in such circumstances. I'll chose 1800 DUI Laws for the job.
