No they are not required to give you another vehicle at this time, but they are required to fix it. It is under warranty and as such it is not your responsibility to fix the vehicle. Take it to the dealer, get a loaner if possible, and tell them to call you when the car is fixed. In the mean time keep detailed records of all attempts to repair this car, dates, what was said, by whom, receipts, everything. Contact your state Attorney General and see what the Lemon Law is in you state. You may very well get another vehicle under the Lemon Law. I did in 1988 when I purchased a 1988 Chevy Beretta that GM could no make run properly. There is a time limit on the Lemon Law so do this now. Repairing a new car that is still under warranty is the dealers responsibility, not yours.

What is a function of the clutch in the vehicle?

The purpose of a clutch on a vehicle is to disconnect the drive of the engine from the gearbox (this would be required when the vehicle is stationary or to change gear). While the engine is running the crankshaft is continually turning, It is the crankshaft that turns the gearbox and via the gearbox the road wheels. Obviously there are times when the engine is running but drive is not required, The clutch is the mechanism by which this is achieved.

Do you have to use check from insurance to fix auto?

If you haven't paid the vehicle off, then you must repair the vehicle with the insurance check. If you don't owe a bank anything, you are not required to fix the vehicle. Keep in mind, if the vehicle has unrepaired physical damage and you get in another accident the insurance company will not give you another penny. They are only required to repair the vehicle to the condition it was in prior to the accident. If it was already damaged, they won't give you a dime

What happens when an insured car hit you and you hit another car but your car isn't insured?

If you were forced into striking another vehicle by a vehicle which struck you first, the vehicle that struck you is (usually) responsible for the entire accident. However, if you are required to have insurance in your state, that will not get you out of any ticket becauise of your lack of insurance.
