If a truck is in your comp name but your brother signed the contract and is no longer working for you and the truck gets repoed can they sue you when you own no property and personal name isn't on it?

Even though your brother is no longer in the company and obviously signed for the truck, that is still part of the company and you owe the money! Anything signed by your brother while working in that company is still active and owing. If your company is in financial difficulty then it's to your best interest to go into Bankruptcy (please see a lawyer) and even then creditors come first. This means that if you have tools, equipment of any sort, it's sold and your creditors are paid-off with whatever money you get from these items. Marcy
