If a woman is over 300 pounds and 6 months pregnant will she ever really look like she is carrying a baby?

It depends on the womens body. And she may only show to people who know her body pretty well, like herself and her partner. It's hard to say, everyone is different. And if she is 5' 1" tall and 300 pounds, most likely she won't show much. But if she is 6' tall and 300 pounds, she may show a little more. Like I said, it really depends on the women.

I am 5'8 and about 250-260 lbs. You could not tell I was carrying until about 6 or 7 months when the baby was bigger and above my "gut". With my last pregnancy, I was very very big by the end of it.

I'm 5'10" 37 weeks prego, 303 pounds and look like I'm carrying twins - or so people say. I put weight on pretty evenly and have never carried alot of weight in my midsection. So for me it was pretty obvious that I was prego, even at 6 months. I wore a size 16/18 tall prior to being prego and now pick up size 22 pant from Rainbow - inexpensive and in style.

Guinea pigs can get pregnant at 2 months old. The younger the guinea pig is the safer it is to get pregnant.
