If a woman would get a text messsage from someone to ask if she was single or not ..she wasnt...would that offend enough that she would avoid talking to you and when she does only few words are said?

It would depend on how the quetion is stated if you, you could say something like "hey just a random question but are you single?" and they would probly be fine with that but if some idiot said something like "yo are you still datin that one guy?" they might be a little mad and feel like your invading their privacy.
