YES!!!, ANYONE can in Illinois, the difference is TAXES, if you do NOT show a Social Security Number(SSN) taxes are 30 Percent and can NOT claim ANY REFUND so is ALL THAT TAX IS UNCLE SAM MONEY while if you are a Citizen and you show your Valid Drivers License AND SSN you get 25 tax cut AND YES YOU CAN CLAIM ALMOST ALL THE MONEY BACK IN YOUR NEXT INCOME TAX FORM.
