yes but she will get pulled over evertime a cop runs those plates.
If your license has been suspended or revoked as a result of the DUI - you would be driving illegally in both the US and in Canada.
No. You will have to resolve the suspension issues in IL before you can apply for a license in ANY state. On the application you would fill out in GA are the questions asking if you have ever had a license in another state & has that license ever been suspended/revoked. If you answer truthfully, you will be automatically denied. If you lie & say no to both questions, you have committed a criminal offense & could go to jail for fraud, falsifying a legal document or other charges. Regardless of how you answer those questions, GA will run a license history on you to see if you have had a license before & the status.
You will be responsible for all the costs involved on both vehicles, you could go to jail for a period of time and have your license revoked for good.
Not necessarily....depends on the prosecutor and defending lawyer in case, whether charges are federal or state, and of course, circumstances of case itself. I know of one state case where defense lawyer had to get d.a. to not suspend license and no vehicle or driving was involved and one federal case where driving was involved and there was no motion to revoke or suspend license. Both cases resulted in felony drug convictions and in both cases, their driver's license was neither revoked or suspended.
Driving while your license is suspended or revoked is a major offense that can lead to the cancellation of your license. A first conviction can result in a fine as much as $1,000 or you may be sentenced to jail for up to six months, or both. A second conviction results in a jail sentence of up to one year, plus a fine of $2,500, or both.
If you are caught driving on a revoked license, you could face serious consequences such as fines, vehicle impoundment, an extension of the license revocation period, or even potential jail time. This offense is taken seriously by law enforcement as it puts both yourself and others at risk on the road.
The Law states that if your license is suspended or revoked you can not opperate it however, ifyou have never been issued a license and your over 16 you can. If your license is no longer suspended and you havent had it reinstated i believe you can opperate a 49 c.c.
The Activa scooter and the Citroen Activa concept car both require a valid drivers license in order to be driven on a public street or highway.
A person who has a driver's license from another country must have an International Driving Permit (IDP) from the same country that issued their driver's license and must carry both the IDP and their driver's license with them in order to drive in South Dakota. They must also follow South Dakota's laws.
I think it depens on what country you live in, I live in Norway, here you can take your license with an automatic, BUT you cannot drive manual cars. i think this rule goes for most countries. I recommend take it with manual and you can drive both.
In Maryland CM means you can drive: C: Noncommerical vehicles weighing 26,000 or less pounds GVW, except motorcycle. M: Motorcycles So, someone with a class CM license is legally allowed to drive both.
No. Under Florida law, operation of ANY gas powered vehivle on the orad requires both a drivers license and vehicle registration.
