Take out one of the spark plugs. Check whether it sparks.
It' the fuse for your Instrument Panel Battery
The fuse panel is under the rear seat with the battery.
all the positives will go to fuse panel. The hot wire will come from battery to fuse panel. All the negatives will need to be joined together at the negative post of battery.
Could be low battery power. Not enough to start the engine.
Answer 1 - Fuse Panel FireThe cause is/was a "SHORT CIRCUIT" condition on the "incoming" [from the battery] side of the fuse panel.
01 had the fuse panel in the drivers side kick panel by the floor and one under the hood by the battery
The fuse box is under the hood next to the battery.
Are you positive the battery is dead? Have you tried to jump start it? That clicking could be the starter relay.
It is by the battery under the covers
By the fuse panel and also by the battery (The fuse panel would be by the drvier's steering column to the left i believe)
On a 2002 it is under the hood in box next to the battery.
