They do have fangs and are poisonous, but harmless to humans.
They bite then squirt out poison
Unlike millipedes, centipedes have poison claws or fangs on their front legs.
yes
Daddy long legs are extremely venomous, but because their fangs are to small, they cannot harm humans, and are therefore harmless :)
There is no venom in daddy long legs so you wont need an anti-venom and the fangs don't even pierce the human skin.
Some people say that they can't bite you because they have long legs, and if they did bite you, you would die. But I have seen someone get bitten by Daddy Longlegs and survive to tell the tale. The answer is it can kill something it's own size, but if you mean humans... than no.
The Daddy Long Legs is one of the spiders with The biggest fangs although they can bite us they are the biggest threat to other spiders their fangs are so Farr back in their throat if all spider came together the tralancular will even run away from the daddy long legs
Daddy Long Legs ARE poisonious. BUT, there fangs are toosmall to attack a human so there not a danger to us. BUt for insects they are.
From what I've heard, yes. The only reason they don't bite you is because they can't bite you. Their fangs are to small to peirce your skin, I guess this answer works but I would still consider looking up a more efficient answer somewhere else, thank you. Considering that daddy long legs and not arachnids (Spiders) they are opiliomes and do not have fangs, nor poison sacks. Therefore, the answer is no. See the related link for more information.
Black widow.
I guess yes, because their webs are good enough to trap a slug and daddy long legs can easily poison them.
Pholcidae, Pholcus, Pholcusphalangioides or more commonly know as Daddy long legs. Daddy long legs are extremely poisonous to other spiders because of their paper thin, razor sharp fangs. They are easily projected into its prey, then the deadly venom is injected, yet their fangs are not strong enough to pierce the human skin. Bearing them completely harmless.
Yes It's poison is deadly but it's fangs cannot penetrate our skin. However, in NZ we have a spider (White Tail) which feeds on this spider and when we are bitten by the White Tail spider , it usually causes painful lumps where you have been bitten. These can last for months and flare up when your defences are down. It's generally believed that the reaction is caused by the fact that White Tails feed on Daddy Long Legs, although others think that it is caused by infection from the fact that White Tails live in dirt, generally being found in gardens.
