No. You made a bad choice. That does not make you a legal adult.
16 i am getting emancipated in the state of n.c. but im 17 i am pretty sure any state is 16 to 18
Im only 16 but i do live in Maryland and Im thinking the answer is no.This girl i know was going through all the stuff to get emancipated and she was not pregnant.
the state is not going to give your baby back if you are wanted by authorities. Getting married doesnt make warrents go away. And you cannot be legally married unless you are 18 or legally emancipated, and even then you cannot get married to someone unless they are under 18 and legally emancipated. or you can get married in a place in Scotland from the age of 15, without consent from parents. but it may not get youre baby back.
im 17 i live in Massachusetts can i be emancipated if im in dss
It will depend on the laws of the state in question. Many states require you to be at least 16.
No, not just because of your age. You can petition the court to be emancipated at 14 - if you have good reason. Otherwise you are not emancipated until you are 18 years of age. To be emanicpated prior to 18 you have to petition the copurt to grant you emancipated status.
NO but it would help if you did anyways
he will be 43...do the math!
Yes
i think you can, but im also thinking you have to take your parents to court and prove you can afford too.
