No, you're still protected against unintended pregnancy if you skip your week break.

As long as you're taking your Birth Control correctly you remain protected throughout, with or without your week break - although it's best for your health not to skip your withdrawal bleed too often. If concerned you can use a back-up method such as condoms to make absolutely sure your chances of pregnancy are low, obviously condoms also offer STI/STD protection too.
