Well, I guess that if the landlord doesn't like dogs or they think that your dogs too noisy or too messy then they could kick you out.
And if your lease specifies no pets, or no dogs, they can terminate your lease.

∙ 12y agoIn most states and courts, if the owner has you sign a standard lease that states no pets allowed and does not add a pet addendum stating you may, he has legal grounds to evict you. If he only "says" you can have one but you do not have it in writing, you will most likely lose the eviction case.
