No. The atmosphere of Mars is only 0.146% oxygen and is mostly carbon dioxide. Additionally, the surface pressure on Mars is only about 0.6% what it is on Earth, which means that the oxygen concentration on Mars is about 24,000 times less than it is on Earth at sea level.
It would not be possible to produce that much oxegeon for a human being to breathe on Mars. Hope that helps!
No - or not without spacesuits and breathing apparatus. The atmosphere is poisonous and the air pressure would cause severe cellular damage.
NO way
No, too cold. You're probably focused on the carbon dioxide atmospere, but that is far too difused to support something as big as a tree. Tiny anaerobic bacteria is the best you could hope for.
The Laurel tree because it is so pretty. i planted one in my yard.
Goddard stated very clearly that, on 1899 October 19, he ascended a cherry tree in his yard, looked at the sky, and began to imagine what it would be like to actually build a device that could fly to Mars. He wasn't specifically thinking about rockets, but doing exactly that resulted from his thoughts on October 19 -- a date he commemerated for the rest of his life.
It would fall. The real question is, If there was no one around to hear it, would it make a sound?
Planet to Solar system is a small body compared to a large body, While the tree is small, while a grove or a forest would be the large.
I dont know where a beech tree would b planted but i know that a beach tree would b planted at the beach!!! dah!!!:)^ funny awser
it would grow..
Our grandfather planted this tree.
No, this sentence is in the active voice. In passive voice, it would be "The tree was planted."
Our grandfather planted this tree.
Yes. It may look fresh for a little while, but then it will begin to rot. Any tree needs it's roots to survive. But if you just dug the tree out from the ground, and planted it somewhere else, it would most likely be okay.
it was planted in 1840
it can be planted from the offspring sprouted from seeds
probably not, they dont like the cold much An avocado tree can survive occasional light snowfall, especially if it is a large, well-developed plant and the snow does not lay on the ground. However, the avocado is a tropical tree, and doesn't like the cold. It is prone to frostbite. I imagine that avocado trees planted in areas that receive heavy snow, or snow that lays on the ground for days at a time, would do very poorly and probably not survive.
A tree when planted will react to the surroundings like soil, nutrients and water amounts. Trees need a certain amount of each of these in order to survive. So technically they do not adapt. They belong in certain temperate zones for a reason. The only ways a tree adapts is to the surroundings it is put in. If a tree is planted over the top of it te tree will bend to get light and the roots will grow away from the other trees. It would be classified as survival of the fittest. They do what they can to survive.
A ficus tree can grow up to fifty feet in height but it really depends on many variables. One variable is whether you have it planted in a pot or in the ground and another important factor would be where you had planted the tree, in the north or in the south.
For every tree that is chopped down to make lumber, a new tree should be planted in its place.
