Well, not ALL men stop the romance that soon into a relationship but many do. First of all, to stick up for the guys here, its hard to keep up that kind of intensity for very long. Maybe he's saving the "I love yous" and flowers for special occasions so they mean more. Just because someone doesn't buy you flowers doesn't mean they don't love you.

On the other side of this, romance and dating are all about the chase. Once he has you, he doesn't have to try as hard. Some men no longer try at all. I lived with someone for a long time and I can tell you that your man has it made. He has a wife without having the responsibilities of being a husband. You probably cook and clean and worship the ground he wallks on and he treats you like a roomate. I went through the same thing.
