Instead of a parent can you get another relative to give legal consent for a piercing?

Parent or legal guardian is just that, A Parent or A Legal (court appointed) Guardian. You cant get a bother or sister or second cousin twice removed to grant consent for a piercing. This just cant be said any clearer than it already is, it isn't magic or a play on words, if you are a minor than a parent or guardian with documented proof will be required to sign granting consent for you to receive services.
