If someone runs into your car do you have the right to have it fixed with all new parts?

Really genius? I work for a carrier and that's not true. If you're car is a 1997 why should we pay for new parts when your car was a POS before the accident? Read your policy.... we owe LKQ- Like, Kind and Quality, per YOUR WRITTEN CONTRACT. Same with claimants, you are subject to the policy unless you have NEW CAR ENDORSEMENT OR A LEASED VEHICLE WITH NEW CAR REPLACEMENT STIPULATIONS IN THAT CONTRACT.

Absolutely. In fact the law specifically states that new parts have to be used.

Sounds like a pressure imbalance. Regarding the broken pipe. Any pipe that breaks should be fixed asap. It was there in the first, get it fixed.

Yes, these are excellent shoes for someone who runs a lot. They are cushioned for really long runs and they fit your foot perfectly when you get your right size.
