Not likely, not impossible. Unless you have an open sore or cut in the mouth or throat. Your stomach will not react to it. We've all swallowed a couple drops of blood when losing teeth or biting your cheek. It does not upset the stomach. Why would someone put their blood in another's drink? They should be shot before they give aids to others, bc that seems to be their intent in my opinion. Not only "sick" from the disease, but sick in the head.
