Sorry, but the blue color will barely be visible unless the hair is bleached out first. You may be able to slightly see some of the blue in the sun, but it won't be that noticeable and probably not the results you're hoping for.
Yes, it is possible to color hair without having to bleach it first. Most of the time at the salon, we are able to mix a couple of colors plus developer and apply it to the hair with successful results.
To get, "First Blood" in Black Ops, you have to kill someone before anyone else gets the first kill.
Not particularly well. Going from a darker color to a lighter is usually a bad idea. If you insist I suggest you start by bleaching the blach HARD first, before trying to dye it brown.
You should bleach it first. Well, it really depends on what color you want it, but usually you bleach it. I don't recommend bleaching black hair though, because bleach damages black hair more than any other color. You may never get it back to your natural color.
That depends on the hair colour you have now and what color you want. If it's dark and you want it to be lighter, bleach it. Bleaching hair is the same as erasing your canvas, preparing for a new drawing. If you have a lot of red in your hair but want it to be a colder color, bleaching and toning is needed. However, bleaching will severely damage your hair done without caution. Take it from me. My canvas is completely ruined from experimenting with colour.

Yes, your hair will turn out a darker shade of blue, or possibly a bluish-green, depending upon the resulting shade of blonde. The lighter and whiter the shade of blonde, the brighter the shade of blue will be.
First, you get your first White starter. After that, you trade with someone else who has a different starter and plays Black or White.
There are two products that come to mind. The first is chlorine bleach. It will whiten the plastic with antibacterial properties. The second is washing soda. This product will clean without scratching the plastic and has some bleaching properties too. Personally, I would use the bleach first.
I doubt that can be determined, it was probably someone in ancient Egypt.
