heat is the problem. your temp guage is most likely shot and your car is probably vapor locking.

Spillage is when liquid spills over form where it is supposed to be. This can be found in cars and vehicles when coolant spills over from the reservoir, or when a gas tank is over-filled causing gasoline to spill out.
Probably heater core
pollution could be one problem. Another problem is oil spills. That happens a lot when getting oil from the ocean bottom.

This is standard on most all vehicles. When the antifreeze warms up it expands. Thus the reason for the overflow. Cars have had them forever, if it spills out onto the ground you have either overfilled it or you may have major engine problems, such as a blown head gasket or various other possilbe problesm

He's said "I will fix this jurasstic problem", he's not doing much. If you ask me im very dissapointed in him.
If you do not wipe up spills somebody can walk on the spills and slip and hurt themselves badly
