i had the same problem but only with the cam sensor. i took it to the shop and they told me the computer that powers the sensor was bad. cost 1,000 to replace (labor and all). good luck
The P1151 code on a 98 Mustang means that the heated exhaust oxygen sensor is not working properly. Once this is replaced, the code will go away.
Just reset your computer after replacing the O2 sensor.
