well if you can get the door open,there are usually 2 or 4 screws around the door pull then plastic clips hold on the rest of the panel. You have to pry thm loose with a flat blade screw driver " carefully " usually have from 6 to 10 of those and panel comes off.
WHEN YOU OPEN THE DRIVER SIDE DOOR THERE IS A PANEL. OPEN THE PANEL AND THERE ARE ALL YOUR FUSES
