Get the air out of your heater core.
heater hoses might have been disconected
The most common reason a automobile heater blows cold air is the water level is low. Check the water level and fill to the appropriate level.
Check antifreeze level, then thermostat next, heater core last
Check your coolant levels, and check your thermostat - it may need replacing. Also check your heater hoses to ensure they're not leaking.
can you please clarify what you mean, do you mean that the front heater blows cold but the rear blows hot or do you mean that when the heating is on cold it blows hot? many thanks paul
check the thermostat dude may need replacing
Check the coolant level. Usually low coolant levels will cause this.
Check coolant level in radiator Check to see if it is "airbound" Remove heater hose to see if there is fluid running through it Bad thermostat
I have changed heater core, water pump, thermostat, the fon works well but only blows cold air plus i have flushed the system.
Its either a bad heater core or a clogged one. They are very expensive.
thermostat
If you mean the fan blows but sometimes the air is cold, it probably is low coolant (antifreeze) level in the radiator. Check the level AT THE RADIATOR, not the overflow tank, while the truck is cold.
