In most states, pregnancy emancipates you. That is, you will be considered a legal adult and can live on your own and marry. Turn yourself in and deal with the warrant, which will most likely be dismissed; you child deserves better than to be born to a mother in hiding. * Pregnancy does not emancipate a minor. In order for a 16-year-old to marry in WA they would have to have the consent of their parent/guardian (which in your case I would assume would be the department of social services) and court permission.
