When in Asia credit companies would have a difficult time collecting on an account. However, if and when you come back to the U.S. you will have problems. * In addition the creditor can file a lawsuit and if they prevail will be granted a judgment which can be executed against property belonging to the debtor that is within U.S. jurisdiction such as a bank account. The act of leaving the country under such circumstances results in the debtor automatically forfeiting their legal rights for claiming exempt property or defending the lawsuit.

The pros are really only for the person who needs a cosigner. The reason they need one is because they do not have good enough credit to get the loan on their own. By Cosigning with them you are helping them to build their credit with a loan they wouldn't be able to get on their own. It also is listed debt for bolth people so If the cosigner trys to get their own loan later they will take that additional debt into account against them. The big con is that if the person you cosign for doesnt pay you are liable for all the money and if you don't pay it it goes against you credit. Be very aware who you cosign for and that they can be trusted because they can hurt youre credit as well as theirs if they don't pay.
Your credit gets shot to hell (forget about that new car or house), You will not be considered for any loans till youre credit worthy (paying all your debt off and time passing), and eventually they will report you to a collection agency which in time WILL find you (when you try to apply for some credit somewhere else) and start garnishing upto 10 percent of your wages including added up interest (could be costly). Then once they got their money they leave a bad remark on your Credit. Which will cost you more money for someone to clear for you! So my advice (speaking from experience), Pay all your bills before the due date and try to pay a little more than the minimum!Good Luck with That........

In a way , youre givin a person credit by thanking him /her for their great job .The best substitute or a better way to give them credit of their great job could be a phrase I've gotta hand it to you, means that you really want to give someone credit or congratulate them about being right about something.
It is all going to depend on what you are bringing with you and the amount of work you are willing to do yourself.
