If you were under the age of sexual consent for your state at the time that he impregnated you, then he committed a crime. The fact that he later married you does not change the fact that he committed a crime. An example: if you are charged with DWI and then show up at court and tell the judge, "Sure I WAS driving drunk, but I'm not NOW." Do you think that's going to be enough for them to just drop the charges? Of course not. So, yes, charges can still be pressed against him. Will they be? Who knows, that's up to the DA and each case is different, but they can still proceed with charges if they choose to.
well yes and no actually. because during the marriage, the parents have to be there to allow their underage child to get married, and there has to be a written agreement by the parents. if their isn't, then yes, the adult marrying the underage child will have charges against him or her.The marriage actually cannot happen without the parents there, which is most important.
no
No. You must have parental permission to get married until you are 18. You may be able to get a court order to allow it, but there are going to have to be other factors for them to do it.
yes
A pregnant minor cannot get married in GA without parental consent. They used to be able to, but GA changed the law in 2006 (and they should have changed it years before they did).
You can with your parent's permission.
No. You still need parental consent to get ungerage marrige pregnant or not. Unless you go to one of those states where it's legal to marry without parental consent.
I think so yea
lol... no where
You don't get married under age !
Well if you are underage you will need parent's consent and judge or magistrate order. That's practically the only way you can do it.
Your criminal history and all the charges against you will never be changed simply because of the fact that you are married to a US citizen.
