Yes, you can take the classes, but you must re-take the Certified Nurse's Assistant exam at the end of the course in order to receive another CNA certificate. If it is not to old you may be able to just take the test again. Otherwise most classes start in the Spring.

no you do not have to go to another school! you should be able to stay in that school and take up cosmetology and still be able to do your main classes lik math, English language arts, social studies, and science.
If you are in another country can you take online classes while you are away?
As long as you have computer access, it does not matter where you are.
