It don't have many animals in your room when you have hamster a ferret and 2 gerbils and you got a kitten because the kitten will just simply eat those animals. I am surprised the ferret hasn't already eaten the hamster and gerbils.
yes i should believe you can se a ferret funnel for a hamster as a hamster is smaller than a ferret meaning it shouldn't get stuck nor have trouble moving around :)
A ferret might possibly eat a snake, depending on the size. Or a large snake might perceive a ferret as prey. Other animals that a ferret might perceive as prey and should not be together are birds, snakes, gerbils, hamsters, mice and rats. from another contributor: i had a ferret that ate a bird! =) ferrets are cool. yeah they eat snakes
You can put a ferret in a hamsters cage on a temporary basis as long as it's not being used to house hamster's as the ferret will kill them. A ferrets needs a large size cage made for ferrets.
They wouldn't fight, the ferret would simply kill the gerbil.
No. Ferrets are predators of rodents like hamsters
No, you shouldn't give your hamster a bath in the first place, they can groom themselves.
If ferrets have something like catnip or other turds (wouldn't let me type S**t) like that put it on the hamster
hamster, gerbil, cat, ferret among others
Ferret cage category might be under small mammals, small animals or exotic animals
Beagles have a high hunting instinct so they might see a ferret as prey or a target. Especially if you use your beagle for finding small animals. I had a hamster and a beagle and whenever i put my hamster in its ball my beagle would smell her and back away like he was afraid of my hamster. So they could be aggressive towards small animals, get along with them, or even be afraid. Depends on the dogs personality.
