No. Having a child does not emancipate a person. You're still a minor and therefore under the control and authority of your parents. They can report you as a runaway and the police would pick you up and bring you back home. The adult that takes you in could also be facing charges for doing so.
And if this 18-year-old happens to be the father of your child (and you didnt say it was, but so many girls on here are wanting to move in their boyfriends)...in just about every state 15 is under the age of sexual consent. If you upset Mom and Dad by running away, they could decide to speak with the police about filing statutory rape charges against him (easy to prove his guilt with a DNA test). Rather that would be possible depends on the laws of your state, but again, in just about every state a 15-year-old is considered to be incapable of consenting to sex. Just something for you to think about, if in fact this person you're wanting to move in with is the father of the child.
With all that said, if you happen to be in an abusive situation at home (and you didn't say you were, but just in case), then you need to deal with that by reporting it, not running away.
At 15, you are still a minor. You need parental permission to move out without being classified as a runaway. The fact that you have a child yourself does not change this. If you are employed and capable of supporting yourself, you could consider petitioning the court for emancipation.
