Yes, with your parent's consent. However, why would you? Even if pregnant this is a huge age gap and you are young and vibrant. You may think you are in love, but just wait. You're going to be bored, want to be with friends doing all the fun things they are. Don't be in too big a rush to get married. Young people today in Canada are waiting until their early to mid 30s to get married. They want to travel, get an education and perhaps have a career, or simply just become independent and know who and what they are about before jumping into marriage and children. I hope you really think about this one. No one is going to judge you if you decide to go through with this, but you have to live with yourself. Good luck Marcy
Yes you can, but that is a very big jump into life. You should spend a little more time thinking about what else is out their for you. But as long as the parents allow it then it is possable.

None, you must be at least 18 in every state. to marry without parental consent/court You can only get married w/o parental consent if the girl is pregnant or if they already have a child. There are two states that I know of.. Georgia and Florida. Make sure that you weigh your options. If you can wait till you are both 18, you really should. The statistics of teenage marriges lasting is 10%. 90% fail. You need to make sure that this is what you are ready to do and are willing to love this person for the rest of your life. There are no states that allow a sixteen years old to marry without the consent of parent(s) or guardian. There are a few states that allow such a marriage only if specific circumstances apply and the couple receive permission from the court. I'm not sure about other states but I know in Georgia that you can get married at the age of 16 IF you are pregnant or already have a child.
