If you are 16 and your fiance is 31 and you have parental consent to marry him is it legal in Texas or any state?

Yes, with your parent's consent. However, why would you? Even if pregnant this is a huge age gap and you are young and vibrant. You may think you are in love, but just wait. You're going to be bored, want to be with friends doing all the fun things they are. Don't be in too big a rush to get married. Young people today in Canada are waiting until their early to mid 30s to get married. They want to travel, get an education and perhaps have a career, or simply just become independent and know who and what they are about before jumping into marriage and children. I hope you really think about this one. No one is going to judge you if you decide to go through with this, but you have to live with yourself. Good luck Marcy
