If your cervix is really 4cm dilated (not sure what the 80 is) at 34 weeks you should be at the hospital as your baby could be born anytime and at 34 weeks your baby will be pre-term and need extra support.
4cm is a unit of length, so 4cm is 4cm long... but if you were asking how long 4cm is in inches, 4cm = about 1.5748031 inches
A Monarch butterfly's length can range from about 4cm as a baby to about 8cm as a full adult.
It could be later today it could be 3 weeks from now. Just because you are dilated to something doen'nt mean labor is anytime soon...sorry. I have been dilated to a 3 for 2 weeks now :(

Sorry, it is impossible to determine when the spontaneous onset of labor will occur. The norm is the span of time between 2 weeks before and 2 weeks after the given due date. Every pregnancy is different, therefore one woman may go into labor with minimal evidence of cervical change while another woman might be very dilated and effaced for weeks before her labor begins. Pregnancy is our first lesson in patience as parents.
