You can have two weddings. Some people will do this if their faith is different such as yours. Speak to her parents and your own, or, if you want to do this on your own just respect both parents and go from there. It's important in a culture such as hers that you have the utmost respect for her parents. It shows a sign of compassion, understanding and broad-mindedness in your character. Going against God's teachings isn't easy and still trying to be a Christian. Uneven yoke and God forbidding such unions make the issue pointless. Admit you are a Christian only for convenience and go with the Hindu wedding, or have two weddings would be a cultural experience for both of you and one heck of a lot of fun.
It is a possibility, a slim one but a possibility none-the-less. As someone said you shouldn't marry this woman anyway because the Bible states that Christians should not be unequally yoked or bound together in marriage since it will cause strife in beliefs. can it work anyway? Sure, but what are you willing to compromise?
