ok well that's a little overdoing it don't you think? i think you should just eat less junk and maybe join a sports team, or dance, maybe yoga! that's what i do, ok i weigh 78 punds and i am 13 years old!! only because i get huge adrenaline rushes!! :) but just try it and i just think that you should do what you want, nobody's perfect, so just be yourself! :) XP
No WAY!!!!!! an average healthy 113 year must be at least 130 lbs.... i am 15 and i weigh 150 lbs. i have alot of muscle and that can be a factor to your weight if you do sports or workout.... i am a size 8 in jeans and im not fat. dont worry about it
hmm... 5kg is 10 pounds so it should be okay. But i would reccommened you to lose 2 pounds per week making it 8 pounds per month because that is healthy. In the end 5kg isn't too bad but don't lost more than 7kg.

You need to burn 3,500 calories to lose one pound. If you burn an extra 500 calories a day, you'll lose 1 pound a week, so you'll lose 20 pounds in 2 months. It's okay to aim to lose 1-2 pounds a week... but any more than that is unhealthy and you'll pay for it in long run. Also, don't cut your calories below 1200 a day.
