Well if you are 5'6 and only weigh 110 pounds, you don't need to lose any weight to be truthful. You seem young by your height and weight, which means you shouldn't need to be worrying about it! Cheerleading is a very active sport that gets you tired VERY easily. If you aren't eating enough, it can cause you to have low blood sugar, and you can also faint. If you are really worried about it, you should probably talk to a nutritionist. Don't feel insecure, heck your a cheerleader!!!!!
yes, I do. Even though it is a small school and only about 14 girls tryout for it, you still have to. Our Squad is only 8, at least for football cheerleading. Our basket ball is 3 right now and westling is 6 with 2 alternates.
