Most likeyly, she hates you, or she is annoyed by you. It depends on the way she uses eye contact, i use eye contact with everyone just because i want to show them that i can be attentive, but if she throws a glaring look at you while talking maybe you just hit an uncomfortable topic, you can just be honest and tell her that it makes you feel uncomfortable when she looks at you like that.
