The Astro Van power steering and brakes work off the same pupm. Check the pump for fluid. If it's full and the brakes and steering still hard you must replace the pump

i think this one is simple if you dont have a puller for the job you should not be trying very dumb since the old cars are the easiest to work on once you take the horn ring off and the big nut off the shaft you'll need a wheel puller to pull the wheel off.
