If you are keeping with in the amount of calories you want to consume and eating balanced foods, making sure you get enough protein, veggies, fruits, carbs etc. I bought a book of 100 calorie snacks at borders. Something like that might be helpful. If anything breaking down 13 different 100 calorie snacks might be easier to keep track of what you've consumed even if you maybe eat 2 of them at a time.
