You are responsible for your vehicle. you are responsible to know what and who is around your vehicle at all times while it is in motion. the other car may have acted thoutlessly or may not have been paying attention and neither were you. We need to be more aware of our surroundings while driving. All accidents can be avoided if one person is paying attention to the other.
