Could mean a few things, miscarriage is one which I am sure is why you're inquiring, it could also be normal spotting. Miscarriage bleeding is usually bright red indicating "new" blood. Spotting early in pregnancy is not uncommon you should contact your dr they can order test to determine whats the cause and set your mind at ease
