First click on the arrow next to your email on top right hand corner.
Then go to 'Account'
Then scroll a bit - click on Purchase history.
Click arrow until you find the day you bought the song.
Click the little grey arrow infront of date.
Click report a problem.
Do instructions but make sure you put in comments box 'please refund'
Click submit.
YOUR DONE! Note: it will usually take 24-48 hours to get a refund.
