I'm doing it right now!!! Just go to an advisor and ask how to register and tell them you dont have credits to transfer Yes, It actually is perfectly legal. I flunked out of community college and was told by and advisor to go to another community college or university and tell them i had no credits to transfer. Its possible, but that would be really dishonest. Trying to hide the mistakes you made in the past is no way to go through life. Try giving them both???

This aside it does not necessarily mean you will not get into a good college. Your chances greatly depend on what your grades are and the schools requirements and selection process.

What are the chances of getting into college?

There are a variety of factors that influence an college acceptance decision. First and foremost is the high school transcript which shows the grades you received in which classes (rigor is an important factor for top tiered schools). The other objective piece is SAT or ACT scores. Extracurricular activities, individual/family circumstances, volunteer, character, awards/honors, etc are also considered. Also, your ethnicity can influence your acceptance. In short, there is no guarenteed chance of getting in or one way to guarentee an acceptance.
