You could, especially if you are among the high risk groups. See the related questions below for more information on the high risk groups such as those with pregnancy, Asthma, etc. The Death Rate from the pandemic Swine Flu is lower than that of the seasonal flu, but younger and healthier people are having severe complications in some cases. The flu shots are proven safe and effective from years of use for seasonal flu shots (the only difference is the virus strain that is put in them, all other ingredients are the same). The flu shot can protect you for life if you have a healthy immune system. Better safe than sorry, the risks of the disease are greater than the risks of the vaccination.
sometimes it can make you die and sometimes. It wont all you need to do is go to the doctors and have a swine flu shot dont worry its only a pinch. But remember wear a mask.
"The shot" is a vaccine for the swine flu. If you get the vaccine, then, in theory, you don't get the swine flu. If you didn't get it, then you didn't "survive" it, because "surviving" it means that you got the disease but didn't die from it. So, zero is the answer. On the other hand, the swine flu is no more deadly than the common flu, so the vast majority of the people who got the swine flu survived it.
ok im sorry but i have read if you dont get medical care within 48 hours you will have swine flu for a few weeks hoping you are better and eventualy you will die
Swine Flu
yes..... a 23 month old has died from the swine flu
swine flu is not as bad as normal flu
Not necessarily, babies are definatley a risk with swine flu being that their immune system has not fully matured so a flu shot might be an option if you are worried. Old people are also at a risk due to their dying immune system. In teen years you are most likely not going to die because of swine flu due to your strong immune system so they are not at a risk.
You can die from any strain of flu, anywhere in the world.
