No. Almost immediately, your body starts to break down the food into digestible components. During that process, water is released (when digesting proteins, it's a quite significant part of the the chemical process). In addition, the food is converted fat and to energy, which is burned and eventually converted to heat as it's released from the body. Even completely at rest (asleep), you burn plenty of calories as your body functions. Especially with such a large amount of food, you couldn't possibly eat fast enough to match the energy being burned.
