Well it certainly depends.
But overall the answer is no. You poop, don't you? So obviously if you ate 3 kg but managed to make a bowel movement, you haven't kept all the 3kg. In addition, just by not eating for several hours, your body respires, or burns the food. The heavy carbon atoms in carbohydrates and other molecules in food get transported out of your body in carbon dioxide. This process goes on all the time and can add up. Sleeping for 8 hours, you might lose 0.1 grams! Water from food might be sweated out or used to regulate your blood volume or simply urinated out.
However, sometimes your body does its very best to keep everything that comes in because it doesn't know when it'll get more. Here's my Horror story:
When I was young and filled with teenage angst, I decided not to eat. It really messed up my body. I went a week or sometimes two weeks at a time without making a bowel movement. Either the bacteria in my intestines had died off, or my body thought it was starving, or both, but my body did not want to let go of any food I decided to eat.
As my story shows, in extreme cases, you will gain 3kg from eating 3kg because your body doesn't know what to do with it! But if you're healthy and your body is working just fine, that 3kg won't go very far for long, and pretty soon you'll have to eat again.

The Birth Control itself does not have any ingredients in it that make you gain weight. The birth control makes you crave food and its the food you eat that makes you gain weight. So when you crave the food go for something healthy to eat such as fruit.
Take aways and chocolate
no however, when you eat again your body will store all the fat from that food and make you gain weight because your body thinks it might not get any more food after that!!! EAT
